- Causes
You reflect on why anxiety arises, how your life situation affects it, and how safety strategies may keep it going. You identify your own strategies and consider alternatives.
- Exercises
You practice skills to handle anxiety, stay motivated, and use seven practical tips. Mindfulness helps you reduce stress and stay present in everyday life.
- Moving Forward
You summarize what you have learned, prepare for setbacks, and make a plan for prevention and long-term change.
